How to request deletion

Email ardaozcanapptest@gmail.com from your account's registered address with the subject "Delete my account". There is no in-app deletion button yet, so every request is handled by a person — we confirm the request and remove the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your login credentials and email address.
• Your risk profile, watchlists, plans, positions, fills, stop adjustments and journal entries.

What may be retained

Operational request/error logs may persist for a limited period after deletion before they expire on their own retention schedule — see the privacy notice. They are not linked back to your account once it is deleted.
